This increased awareness encourages employees to identify their role in the customer journey, and consider the improvements they could make to ensure a seamless customer experience in the future.

The game was designed using the simple methodology of Monopolyâ„¢ - where players win or lose money! In the Customer Journey Game, players win or lose customers and the player with the most customers at the end of the game wins. Just like in business!

Maximize the Impact of The Customer Journey Game with Feedback Sessions

Adding an employee feedback session after The Customer Journey Game enriches the learning experience by fostering collaboration, encouraging idea-sharing, and uncovering valuable insights. These sessions, lasting 15–60 minutes, provide employees with a platform to reflect on their experience, identify gaps in the current customer journey, and propose solutions for improvement. Feedback workbooks, completed during these sessions, are handed to management and offer actionable recommendations on enhancing people, processes, and technology.

Each training bundle purchased includes sufficient Feedback Workbooks for the number of game boxes purchased.
